    Just caught the tail end of a news item on the radio last week concerning High Court ruling being handed down on Stock Shorting stating that Shorting was considered price manipulation. Have not heard a word on this since.Would like to know if any of our fellow contributors have heard or read anything on this judgement or was I away with the Pixies at the time !!!!.
