these death scenarios are not "tragic". they are real & natural
I have beautiful yellow breasted sun-birds in my trees but cats stalk, kill & eat them
that gay people feel pleasure with the same sex is enough to make their pleasure seeking behaviour natural
feeling pleasure is part of the natural order since all actions come from seeking pleasure
similar, to avoid the burdens of reproduction is natural
we cannot forget feelings and become robots as you suggest
