Would there be any circumstance under which axiom would be justified and legally allowed to with hold information about jv, agreements, court dates ect. I do understand there are rules to any legal situation and also that the case is being contested in an undeveloped country. But with so many people thinking similar thoughts there must be more to this story than we are privvy to, if so, what can be done?
