I have just recently invested in RCO (royalco).
Paid a capital return of 10c per share for a share price of 50c. (The SP is now 42c after capital return).
You asked what a capital return is... In a nutshell, the return they pay you, you then take off the price you paid for the share. So when you sell you must use the new price you paid.
EG. If I paid 50c for RCO and got 10c capital return then I only paid 40c for the share when it come to selling it..
RCO have already had a share buy back, capital return and will be making a profit in excess of 5 mill per year which equates to about 10c per share. I expect a high yield divvy per year from here on in. 5-10c, 10-20%
