Here is a list of some that I keep an eye out for: AIX APA DUE ENV EPX HDF HHY MBD SKi SPN TEL TLS The yield percentage that shows up in some stock scans may be out of date and, thus, not indicative. I have done these based on their latest dividends and/or projected dividend from company announcements. Also, some may be better yielding because they are 100% franked at 30% tax rate. But that depends on one's own personal income tax situation.
I've excluded property trusts, as I simply don't trust them. :P
