Cheers for the list going through them now.

Question - I generally invest for capital gains and have never invested for dividend distribution. However some of these companies look heavily undervalued that pay dividends. I notice there are 3 types of dividends, 2 of which I am familiar with. However what is a Capital return? and is it treated the same as divends in terms of tax treatment?
