I don't feel a need to worry about Springtree or anyone else who may be trying to cap. As Robhood has said countless times, long term prosects will not be affected and as others also said, when good news is released this will fly and will not stay capped.

That said, I asked MR what he thought about this theory and would like to share his response.

I don't have much to say about his answer other than it just reinforces robhood's words which is to the effect of long termers with patience win greatly.

Sorry for the slow response, I try to get back to all shareholders and we are rapidly moving towards commercialisation so it is taking up a lot of my and the teams time.

I don't think that the numbers stack up for this belief of Springtree suppresing the shareprice.

For starters SpringTree $25.5M deal started when our shareprice was 5c. Second thing is that the use of cash to get into the multi-billion dollar oncology market cannot be underestimated. Thirdly is if you crunch the numbers Prima's 50 trading day average per day is 4.5M shares currently we issue each month just over 5M shares to SpringTree so the suppression isn't coming from SpringTree it is from a spread of daytraders which add liquidity which isn't the worst thing. Also SpringTree don't sell all of their shares and keep some long term. They are a hedge fund and since they have to report quarterly to their shareholders they can't make as much money long term as say an individual investor can.

If you think about it what makes a market is the different appetites of investors. I can simply say Prima BioMed is in a strong position and if we are successful there is considerable return available for shareholders in 2-3 years.

Encouraging new investment is one of the best ways you can help with a healthy appreciating shareprice.
