The spikes that we are seeing in STO and OSH are not aberations. The two stocks are being re-rated because of the ORG offer but more importantly brokers and institutions are starting to accept the fact that oil may not come below 100 in the near future .. the yanks will also have to accept $4.00 per gallon. This baby is going much higher
