if they are able to get that $50m settlement that would really put a further rocket up the stock. I am not exactly certain whether they will be successful with this claim (maybe QBE and BCD can come to some sort of compromise?).
I don't think the market has factored in any success of this claim either. However, this discovery is very very significant. Volumes are the most I have seen in this stock for quite some time.
WIth a focus on mining back in Victoria, being an uhedged gold producer, with Malaysian Smeltering COrp paying 28c for 15% of the company, I think BCD is a great buy.
In my opinion, the JORC with further put a rocket up the share price. It seems the directors are very confident given the rush for JORC.
