This is what small cap stock trading is all about.
We can sit here and speculate as to why the share price has not moved on a very good ann, but the simple fact is the haw sp will not go anywhere until its time for them to make a profit. If you own enough shares in a small cap then you can make the sp go anywhere you want (up, down, flat).
Simple fact is most small cap stocks do not reflect their fundamental value because sadly the fundamentals are no longer a big fator in determining share price.
