Not sure why anyone would sell for under 1 cent on this news.
This was the good news I was waiting on,cfr is a long term hold for me now and the options are looking like even more of a buy now.
I expected there would be plenty of weak hands wanting to sell into this news but for me it was a reason to hold.
Well done holders,it looks like we have a good year ahead for cfr.
