    Why are SDL wasting time & money on proving up more ore if it's not going to have any material impact on the takeover price?

    The only reasons I can think of why they are doing this is because they don't want Hanglong to walk away, or they actually suspect there is another bidder, or are trying to attract one.

    Would there be any other reasons?
