Grey Mining Ltd (ASX:DEG) has major gold intercepts from its latest
drilling program at Orchard Well at the Turner River province, 60
kilometres south of Port Hedland, WA.
Best results include, from surface, 38m at 1.52g/t gold. 23g/t
silver, 0.08pc copper, 0.70pc lead and 1.43pc zinc, which includes a high
grade gold interval of 4m at 5.15g/t gold, 30g/t silver, 0.12pc copper,
1.85pc lead and 2.58pc zinc.
Another hole intersected from 24 metres depth, showed 29m at
2.25g/t gold, 27g/t silver, 0.19pc copper, 0.64pc lead and 1.46pc zinc,
which includes a high grade gold interval of 4m at 8.82g/t gold, 33g/t
silver, 0.57pc copper, 1.47pc lead and 4.24pc zinc.
These latest results show extensive gold mineralisation over a
strike length of 160 metres.
Currently at site a number of geophysical programs are underway
which should assist De Grey with choosing precise targets for future
drilling programs.
De Grey shares last traded at 20.5c.
