I found this is a terrible stock for insider trading as well. I bought some back in May and was just about to sell out before they announced the news they had found something big. On the Friday earlier, it was very wobbly but then on Monday/Tuesday heavy buying came in, predominatly the one broker - GSJBW who had not traded the stock much previously. I held as it was suss, then Wednesday morning out came the announcement. It was just too coincidental the timing. I think these guys are dodge and since selling have no intention of getting back in.
