yes mate it was extreemly frustrating to the point i was ready to call them and say you cost me $.. but it was only a small order and i figured it wasn't worth it, plus i could of bought earlier in the day before ann.

I always used Etrade and had great success, order straight to market no worries.. i actually got the sms alert through etrade and checked, saw a couple of sells there and thought beauty i'll try get these but my only spare funds where in the belldirect and yeah wouldn't pop up on screen.. next thing you know theres an order of someone elses at 1.20 and starts trading and their gone.

Suprisingly late yestrday i get a phone call from belldirect asking if i'm having issues with their system as they had 5 AXM cancel orders in a row. Explained the situation and the bloke appologised and said he would look into what went wrong. obvioulsy they are a discount broker and i think maybe in situations like Pre_NR orders don't get put straight to market.

I only set them up to have a look and for the price i'm quite happy and really only want them for a few small value holdings and a couple of non-movers i'm holding.

Etrade is the way to go when you need to act quick and take advantage of such a situation.


There's someone definatley playing games here though, should be holding above 1.20 IMO.. that was a great ann considering it was the first hole, but no, she keeps gettin pushed down. If we don't see a substantial holder notice in the next week i'll be amazed. I dare think this aviva mob are buying a few more.. and why wouldn't they if they can get them at this price.

hmmm.. what it would be like to have the computers these bot's have... haha
