The fact that the company 'says it wont do placements at this price' is probably Just another bluff of the market? The management are slow learners imo. Wayne needs to understand the basics. The market wont give him the money at all at this rate. Its a buyers market from now on. If Azure capital comes to him and says we will place $150m at $1.50 and he says NO...Good luck. What is left for the company to say? More 'high grade' drilling results? Chinese partners willing to get roasted because somehow they can't read resource statements?

just suspend your mind for a minute and ask yourself this... If i saw a high tonnage low grade cu company that needed hundreds of millions in capex to produce a tad over 30k of cu pa...would i think it was a buy with a market cap of $300m? dyor.
