    The trouble is--they haven't got much money, and in case you haven't noticed even prime paper is near on impossible to get away, so theyr'e not likely to get any either--near term placement will have to be done well under 10c, specs with little cash haven't got a chance, a few rocks picked up here and there don't qualify
