    RRS has nothing to say.. its not controlling shareholder - they just got paid for the dirt...

    they have no influence over management..

    in fact, the remaining 20% of peru was purchased to EXCLUDE RRS from developing the Peru site..

    they now sit as minority holders.

    $50mill market cap will look cheap in 2 months time.
