"We need Ann of JV or placement ..." yes that's exactly what their saying perdant when they state they have 2 choices for the drilling- 2000-3000m one time or staged over 1-2 years. I noticed LEG will be getting 20 mil from the sale of their African IO project , maybe they will chuck in some cash?
