Sorry, I didn't read the whole ann as I'm at work.
LEG is already the second largest shareholder and if they are getting $20M it would make sense they tip in. They may therefore be the buyer of the previously ratified but yet to be issued shares and options.
Guess we'll have to wait and see.
Anyway, I'm in for the long haul, happy to wait and see how it all pans out.
