Completion of this sale will leave Legend in an excellent position to acquire new projects for the benefit of its shareholders. Legend has already commenced the task of reviewing a great number of prospective projects. In
addition, to complement our investment in Sirius Resources NL, Legend has applied for its own exploration licence in
the region, which it expects to be granted in the near future.

As in previous years, Legend has carefully managed its cash position, and our cash and investments at 31 December
2013 amounted to $8.4million. Upon completion of the Ngovayang Project sale, Legend expects to have cash and
liquid investments of approximately $20million with the possible receipt of a further $5.5million in the future
should Jindal be successful in negotiating a mining convention on the Ngovayang Project tenements EP144 and
EP221.
