Did some calculations for a tenant who couldnt believe his electricity charges and the prices have increased over 40% in 4 years, and look like doing it all over again, when the cost of producing it has not risen. A lot of people are going to put solar electicity generators on their roof. Especially with the incentives. Im looking at it. Living standards are falling fast mostly as result of the public/utility sector. Water, electricity, gas, climbing. Cant get these on ebay.
