BS. The fact is to become a specialist you need to undergo more training , most of which is overseas. Medecinie has well and truelly advanced past the days of GP/surgeon/everything. To keep pace with advancing techonlogies you have to specialise. Perhaps rabbit you should go get some a grade health care from INDIA or CHINA or wherever you sprang from.
