Hi As I see it Bracks is not sure which end of the Eastern Freeway he is going to toll . Maybe the Springvale road end to Ringwood ( Under construction at the moment ) Or the other end where it will have to go under Alexander parade under the Melbourne General cementry ETc I think the only way possble is overpasses etc I hope Doyle shuts up about this part Towie
