I spoke with the business to ask exactly the same question and was told that bidders will have the option to include this asset in their offers.

That is, bidders can submit offers either inclusive or exclusive of Schwing3 tenament.

The business expects final bids to be in their hands this week and Schwing3 to hit TD within the next 1 - 2 weeks.

This somewhat explains past comments saying that a final communication on the sales proces will be at the end of the month.

There has been interest and more than one party has conducted due diligence.
