Just as a matter of interest, how does a takeover work,
does the takeover party have to acquire ALL the shares or only a majority of the shares of HEG?
If I choose not to sell my shares for $1.25, would my shares be worth $1.25 in the new company or would they still remain at .22c (or whatever the SP was when they took over)
LOL, i'm not planning on selling any day soon, just would like to know how these takeovers work :)
