These summary accusations by China against Aus are very serious and we simply have to make decisions on how we can manage this relationship to our advantage over the longer term.
My proposal is that the Comm Government forms SEZs (special economic zones) in which to downstream process our iron ore to meet global demand and displace China from western Steel markets
