The only way to communicate with Marxists is via economics because Marxists believe that Political & Social life is governed by Economics. That is why China is gradually imposing economic sanctions on us because they expect that we will relent .
Of course even Capitalists believe that too because that's why Uncle Sam has bunged economic sanctions on Russia, North Korea & Iran
Of course if the Western World believes that China has no right in building these artificial islands then if it wants to gain a Marxist ear it will have to stop buying Chinese goods and denying China access to its needed resources; it summary, do what China is doing to us: "Give them an offer they cant refuse"
It seems silly to be playing cat & mouse via the 5 Eyes program and then filling te national shopping basket with "Made in China"...eh?
China is exploiting our national political weaknesses because it is courting our iron ore, met coal & LNG exporters (which it needs) & crueling our farmers, winemakers and fishermen (mostly National party Right Wing supporters) and the average Aussie doesn't care once it does not hit his hip pocket. In fact some on these threads expressed approval of the prospect cheaper wine, fish & beef but due to fires & droughts supply has not recovered sufficiently yet to register lower prices at the cash register due to over supply.
