I couldn't help myself but ask the Ox Chairman during question time at the AGM last week about the possibility of a merger/takeover with Pan .
You never know until you ask - but he was very coy and certainly recognized their existence but stated that they are always looking for good opportunities but to this date the Pan had not suited them, otherwise they would have already acted.
