I cant se news-corp offloading when its , their best performing asset ..
my theory is that newscorp will see it as a longterm growth story on the overseas assets.
and a pe of 30 does not look expensive to me ... the overseas assets are more of a kicker ,
similar to a long dated call option,, should they start to generate real $ rea could do a bkl x2 .. its a big if but its a nice risk reward play .. on the australian assets realestate.com.au alone lookslike fair value, and should still be able to increase prices ,and listings will pick up .. however the chart does look bearish i agree ..
but head shoulders patterns are 60%-65% something statistically reliable . and rea is many times traded on low volumes so charting not very reliable ..
