so really you never got at a p.e.of 18

for example. only

if $3 and pe is 20
then $1.50 is 10

yr low was 65c and 2009 full div was 6c eps 14.4c

div pay out ratio 32% could be higher but this is in growth phase. and also getting over gfc

It all depends on your outlook and overall plan I guess.

I think this is a safe bet if you want to park funds safely.
