I think the secret is to eat natural unprocessed foods in the proportians we would if we had to go and get it ourselves.
I have read Weston Price and Sally Fallon and found that it was a commonsense guide to good food.
I have also come across Mark's Daily Apple. (you can Google it).
I am eating somewhere between the two.
Natural foods, meat, lard, fatty lamb chops, eggs, though with butter and raw milk as I figure if a caveman had the option to milk a cow he would have.
I have lost 4 kilos (I wasn't partcularly overweight to start with), my skin looks better, and I have never felt so good.
