Those costs, does that include all accounting fees for SMSF and personal holdings end of year tax returns or is it simply just for the use of an integrated platform that gives access to many different investment types in one place?

    In regards to Ophir,

    Management fees are 1.23% p.a + ordinary expenses if 0.10% p.a
Performance fee is 20.5% of the amount the fund outperforms the benchmark, over a 6 month period.

So fees of $1330 for every $100k invested regardless of performance. Regarding performance I work it out as $205 for every 1% above benchmark based on $100k. For multiples of $100k simply multiply $205 by the % above the benchmark and then multiply by 2 if you have $200k invested etc.

I went through the PDS fairly thoroughly today and a question we have raised on here before about the performance during a downturn gets touched on. In there it states that the the pair co-managed a fund at Paradice investments and that fund beat the benchmark by more than 20% per annum from 2007-2011 at which point they left to start up Ophir. Is it reasonable to request proof of this performance? Also are there any high performing funds at Paradice investments now?
