Management is rwally bad of this company. Have been mismanaged for 10 years by now. Gary Cameron is not a real Hotel guy(ex merril lynch property analyst) 1/2 year ago people tried to throw management out but failed because they have some ignorent Singapore investor sitting on the board with 25% which also do not understand that they only losing money with this people. I have been investing in this stock for 5 years and it never brought me any good return. They used to pay a nice div,. but that has been also skipped for the last 2 years. I gave up and sold my holding with a big loss. So wiped my tears and went on, investing in better stocks with better management.
