since the f/hds@ rat have 1/2 the payment,i feel just for the sake of s/hds,they should be granted an extention...its a real pity that the bosses that run rubicon did not/could not at least have foreseen ALL THIS,before it happened ...what a mob of d/hds...and they get PAID ...too!!!
