The 0.42 takeover price is what I consider to be "fair" given the current conditions of gold prices and the uncertainty about the new exploration sites. If WGX is coming for a takeover, it should happen now, and not when SAU has a couple of mines running in SK, plus Cannon underground and Cowarna. Then the price will be multiples of today.
I am also not sure if I would accept 0.42, to be honest. I think it is a fair price but I would probably not accept it.
