While I agree the likelihood of a takeover offer is high given the current share price, I think the directors particularly SM and GB, would be keen to see SAU stand alone.
I mean both have been buying up recently and the potential for a game changing find in Sth Korea is high IMO.
Maybe the political uncertainty in Sth Korea is also weighing on current SP.
