I don't have access to any information that isn't in the official announcements, but I don't believe that tax rate has changed. I think it's still 30%. It looks to me like the extra tax hit came out of a disagreement with the BF tax office over accounting treatment. This can happen if the company recorded a payment as an expense (for example) and the tax office decided it was a capital investment, or return of capital, or another non-expense category.
Hopefully it was a once-off event.
