high temperature alloys

I notice in the letter sent tu s to extend the offer time, that they say: "The acquisition will allow ANM.....leverage...new markets and include segments high temperature applications..."

The only high temperature applications for Mag alloy that I know of is diesel engines. Any one know of any other?

I know one of the alloys was specifically developed for that market. I think it was one of the reason Jack Nasser wanted MG for Ford, I might be wrong. It looks good to me.
