IMVHO...there is a certain BNYM who would dearly love to keep a lid on this until the official word is given at which point they can start buying shares.
I know it is probably a futile exercise, but I contacted ASIC about 10 days ago and asked them to look into the "perceived" price capping that was taking place with PRR.
They responded and said they were looking into it, but they may have a bit more to look into now???
Like everyone else...Im sick and tired of the ridiculous manipulation brokers are allowed to get away with, so I did the only thing I could do.
