Thanks for that info satori. Having watched a few go by lately, I jumped in just before the close hoping for a quick trade today. Went back and had a look at that earlier MOU. This one seems much better, but of course not the binding contract just yet.

PSX is having a lovely run again this morning and might be worth a punt IMHO given the small number of shares on issue and the potential of this agreement.
