No one knows what the details are.If FFAR were considering a partial sell down it would have formed part of the agreement.I don't personally believe they have any intention of selling down..... the only way is as part of any Cne sale.If WPL are interested in CNE's sale% unless the deal is tied together somehow then WPL may only have PE CNE's share and not FARs and we would be back at square 1.
