    sales have been going thru at a fast pace all morning. Nearly 15m sold in half an hour.

    I suspect that Institutions have been buying based upon large orders of $125,000 plus going thru.

    I guess is that they are all seeking at least 10% on their investment. Otherwise why take a risk of a fall?
