What's happening is that as the number of shares on issue increases dramatically as is in this case the share price has to adjust to accurately reflect the at market 'fair value' capitalisation of the company. Also worth noting in this case is the fact that the market is beginning to price in the further shares that will be issued subject to the approval at the upcoming agm.
