It's just part of the game. Personally I think it is a road block put in place by the current buyers to force all sellers to come in underneath them. I don't think it is a real seller at all.

Allco is revealed as the seller. We should therefore shortly find out who the buyer is. If no SSH appears for the buyer in the next few days and they have purportedly split it into two parcels for 'mates' who are not connected, then this is defintely in play.
