    The only thing I dont get is why would they sell now before the debt review is out. I know investors have different reasons, but anybody with 10m would be well informed.

    Perhaps it was part of a put call deal entered some time ago.


    Whos knows . But I cant imagine it being a straight forward sale considering the pending debt review
