Another , potential, positive is that it removes the stock overhang for WOR. Jacobs have been looking at unloading this holding since they acquired a stake when it was taken over by WOR. The stake was always considered " non core ". For me, I would prefer to see a block trade rather than " drip feed " selling by Jacobs as this would hold the stock back over the medium / longer term. It is over and done with now so removes uncertainty.
