Would a 2% discount be enticing enough for a strategic holder to take out the 10% stake? I have been looking at an entry on this stock, though have sat out due to the 3 month trend line. Price might come back to that 9.82 level - although energy stocks were up overnight in the US. Not sure why Worley is so hamstrung by the oil price and not as much by infrastructure stocks. Looking at adding an infrastructure stock to my portfolio and this was my pick due to global exposure and the renewable theme.
