Given the recent weakness in the stock price it is feasible that a 2% discount may interest some parties. It is a large stake and has, potential, takeover blocking scale i.e. close to 10% required to engage in blocking a takeover so may have strategic appeal to suitor, not to mention longer term investment appeal.
