Hi Orange, the high volume at the close was because of Index re-balance, though EWC was having no direct link, but fund manager normally switch positions on the last day of the re-balance. So this is not a surprise. Look at all other stocks on ASX, you will see an unusual high volume at the close. I haven't read the funding announcement yet, but wish this could have been announced a couple of day earlier
